We may collect account information such as name, email address, password credentials, profile details, subscription information, booking details, assessment answers, learning progress, device tokens for notifications, support messages, and payment status information.
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide courses and learning services, process subscriptions and bookings, show progress, send important notifications, respond to support requests, improve the app, and protect the security of our services.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Aqliah does not intentionally store full card numbers. Payment providers may process payment data according to their own security and privacy practices.
If you allow notifications, we may store a device token to send app updates, booking reminders, service notifications, and relevant account messages. You can disable notifications from your device settings.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, payment processing, calendar or meeting services, analytics, support, and notification delivery.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, and enforce our agreements. Users may request account or data deletion where applicable.
Aqliah is intended for general educational use. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
You may update your account information, manage notifications, contact us about your data, request correction, or request deletion of your account where legally available.
